Why This Site Exists

National City does not have one master people database. The San Diego County Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk maintains deeds, liens, fictitious business names, and county certificates. The Superior Court of California, County of San Diego provides party-name case tools. Property ownership may require an assessor phone call or kiosk visit, while the Registrar of Voters controls access to voter information under California law.
